These terms cover mixamash.com, the waitlist, Mix-a-Mash accounts and the Mix-a-Mash app, all run by Mixamash, Inc. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
What Mix-a-Mash is
Mix-a-Mash is an app that makes live mixes and mashups from your own music library. It's in alpha: features change, things break, and we may pause or end the alpha, the waitlist or the service at any time. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date or a price.
Provided as is
Mix-a-Mash, the app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Mixamash, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them, or from not being able to.
Acceptable use
Use Mix-a-Mash only with music you have the right to use. Don't disrupt or overload the service, sign up other people's email addresses, make automated signups, or probe it for vulnerabilities except to report them to us in good faith.
Your content
Your music and your mixes stay yours. You let us process the songs the app sends for analysis only to run Mix-a-Mash. The privacy policy says what we collect and keep.
Our content
The website's text, images and branding belong to Mixamash, Inc. and may not be reused without permission.
Ending
You can stop using Mix-a-Mash and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the change here with a new date at the top. Using Mix-a-Mash after a change means you accept it.
